How to Choose the Best T-Shirt Material

Cotton

Cotton t-shirts have long been considered the most comfortable t-shirt option, and for good reason! Cotton is a great option for sensitive skin. It’s a great option for screen-printing as it is a durable fabric and is very affordable for our clients. Perfect Trading has a few cotton options including our Gildan Heavy Cotton Tee in both youth and adult sizes. This type of shirt is pre-shrunk 100% cotton and a great option for large orders.

Tri-Blend

The tri-blend option is one of our most popular fabrics for t-shirt design. Tri-blend has a little more of a vintage look than standard cotton, with the same level of comfort. The tri-blend is made up of 70% cotton, 15% polyester and 15% rayon. Our tri-blend t-shirt is unisex and is a great easy-to-wear options for our clients.

50/50 Blend

Our 50% cotton, 50% polyester options is a breathable and soft option. Our Vintage Jersey Crew tee is available in three colors and will be a great option for those looking for a vintage look with a bit of a modern flare.
